I didnt know this engine had so much potential with a 42-76 on it (shooting for the weight break ) We are leaving in the morning. It will probably 2 days of testing or so before I get this slew rate controller (MSD 7531) programmed close enough to get it down the track!!!!!!

From where I was in the stands it looked like he only got you by about 4 carlengths even though he ran 142ish mph. Any miscue on his part and you were right there. I looked for you after the rain to introduce myself and say hi, but never found you. Maybe in Columbus.

Everyone was spinning and/or going sideways in that right lane until they finally got it clean and resprayed sometime after Chris' accident (which was only a few passes after yours).
Thanks man! Definitely stop by and say hi at C-bus.

Well, I got the car apart and looked at everything and I definitely have a collapsed right front shock. The valving is completely shot. I had problems with the 60' all weekend long and chalked it up to running ET streets. Sunday am I put on a new set of Pheonix slicks and that made the problem worse. I suspected the shocks and went to adjust them prior to the 1st round and found the right adjustment was not right. I turned the two step down to soften the launch but with the stupid delay in the tree it didn't matter. In there infinite wisdom the track decided to put in an extra 2 seconds ont he tree which seemed like an eternity. The car launched well but came apart when it came down. The video is painful to watch

The damage isn't bad, it is in the shop and apart and the 1/4 is already straightened. The car is getting a whole repaint and should look even better than it did when done. I should be back out by the end of the month. I still have a lot of issues with the TQ conv I need to address before the next race.
