Steve as slow as that car ran all weekend, he could have used a Polaroid to snap them off and have them developed before I got to the end of the 1/4! I tried a couple very different things on the new bullet that sure looked good on paper BUT obviously I was wrong LOL! At least I got the suspension right, I think it would hook on a dirt road!!!!!

Bill, Sorry to hear the car was down on power, but I'm sure you'll get it sorted out... Definitely looks like the suspension was working from the pics Artie took

Not that you need it, but hope you have better luck next time

Thanks a lot Artie. The pic of my car on Sunday is a great shot, that was an 8# launch so maybe with a little more the tire might actually come off the ground (looks like it is almost there though )

Thanks again, this way I can re-live the event through pictures.

Took the "NEW" TSO car to Capitol yesterday for a couple 1/8 mile runs.....VERY encouraging. I am still having a hard tme with traction on these 275/60r15 BFG radials but it runs some MAJOR MPH on them. I didnt know this engine had so much potential with a 42-76 on it (shooting for the weight break ) We are leaving in the morning. It will probably 2 days of testing or so before I get this slew rate controller (MSD 7531) programmed close enough to get it down the track!!!!!!

Hey, Kevin, just wanted to say that I thought you did a great job of driving against Dick Kereny first round. You got a little squirrely and out of the groove but kept it under control and got back in it and still managed 129 mph, making Dick earn it all the way. From where I was in the stands it looked like he only got you by about 4 carlengths even though he ran 142ish mph. Any miscue on his part and you were right there. I looked for you after the rain to introduce myself and say hi, but never found you. Maybe in Columbus.

Everyone was spinning and/or going sideways in that right lane until they finally got it clean and resprayed sometime after Chris' accident (which was only a few passes after yours).
