As we come to the end of yet another year, it is time for us to hand out the 2006 JCCSPY awards, which are very similar to ESPN's ESPY awards.

Congratulations to all nominees and winners.

3. JCC Comeback Racer of the year: Tommy X
4. JCC Most Improved Comedy: Jim Rome
5. JCC Quote of the Year: “Yeah I know how to film”…..Ferrett Joe
6. Best JCC Santa Claus: Jim Rome
7. Best JCC Middle Finger Award: Jim Rome
8. Best JCC Interview: Bill Anderson & Jim Rome @ Atco
9. Best JCC Interview with voiceover: Nelson Febus
10. JCC Best cinematography: Artie Chin
11. JCC Worst cinematography: Ferret Joe
12. JCC British bar patron of the year: Sean Ryder
13. JCC Who didn't get the light award: Mikey B (left before tree came down @ Atco)
14. JCC Best nipple clamps: Jeff Beish
15. JCC burnt piston award: Rich Rezes
16. JCC Lifetime achievement awards: Ed Baker & Steve Wood
17. JCC Racer of the year: Bill Anderson
18. JCC Best loss to an elder: Bill Anderson
19. JCC Sympathy Award: Ted A
20. JCC who got the postcard(s) award: Rich Rezes & Bill Anderson
21. JCC Lifetime Super Cool Dude Award: Zap
22. JCC Best Rock Band of All Time: KISS
23. Best JCC Smoothest Baldie Head: Art Paltz
24. Best JCC Rum Runner: Radius Kid Molsen deliveries into the USA
25. JCC Non-Contagious Disease of the year: Baldieness

I would like to take this time and thank everybody in the JCC for the help they have given me. It wasn't easy let me tell ya. If it wasn't for (in no set order), Ed, Artie, Rich, Mikey B, Ferret Joe, Artie P, Tommy X, Jim Rome and others. I would not have taken home the coveted Rookie of the year award. I can only go up from this position and will make the JCC proud come the 2007 racing season. Those precious words stay burned in my head "get the seat time". For all you kids out there, I know I made it look easy but it takes hard dedicated work to get where I am.

Thanks again everybody, cant wait for next year.
