Tell the MoFos to remove the retaliatory neg FB on you (which wasn't deserved in the first place %#$@#!! ) and send you the F'n shpg label and THEN you will remove the Neg FB on them.
People like that think they can push you around but if in your place I would file fraud charges agaisnt them if they don't send the right item. IOW, take it beyond Ebay and see what they do.

E-Bay feedback should work like this:

Payment is sent in some fashion through E-Bay... positive feedback is left immediately for buyer if it was in due time, etc...

If the seller F's up the shipment or it is late the seller's feedback goes to a delay of stated time to reconcile it. At the end of that they get either a positive or negative and can't at that point go back against the buyer with a negative.

I am sure it is not intentional...but on the other hand if you read thru all the feed back in some of the positives there have been issues...just overnite the correct one with a pick up label inside and i will send back the wrong one...on the other hand maybe they think I will just keep this one....and just let it slide as another e-bay problem...

As soon as a buyer pays, I leave positive feedback. They have done their part, IMO.

I honestly think some of these "companies" have too many transactions and too little staff (one or two people for some of them, I will bet) and are not purposely dishonest, but are just screwed up beyone imagination.

If you paid with paypal, like Radium said, file a dispute. Same goes with credit card.

so I just called and got a message that it can take upto 48 hrs to get a response via phone and that I am better off e-mailing as they will respond to e-mails within 24hrs...now it just a matter of principle....

I found a set I liked on Ebay and decided to take a chance. Now I paid $330 for my pair, and they came with the serial numbers removed, which I was not happy with. In fact the Ebay seller (Indoaudio) was a horrible seller and I recommend that you never do business with them.
