WTF? You can sue outfits for what they don't carry now? Good lord, by now Denis Leary really can sue Dan Fogelberg for "making (me) into a pu$$y in the 70's". Somebody needs to step up to the plate and sue Wal Mart for not selling adult devices and thereby pre-emptively shutting these sluts the hell on up. Rediculous.

not ridiculous. Pharmacy's are licensed, Dan Fogleberg isn't. So they're regulated byt he state, you can't pick and choose what service you provide. The state licenses you to provide a service to the community If a pharmacy chooses to discriminate against a certain part of that community they should be sued and have their license revoked.

How would you feel if in your state the govt gave out licenses for emissions stations to gas stations, and when you went for your emmisiion test, your local gas station said they don't do Buick emisions, so go elsewhere, you'd be pissed, you'd sue too.

How would you feel if you were too stupid to wear a condom? Franklin was right, you are one crazy sumbitch.

Were I Wal-Mart, I would carry them and charge one million dollars per pill.

Emissions on a Buick and some mattress-monkey who caught the custard are two entirely different things....she doesn't need someone to pull out to get her to work. Now, I could understand if a Wal Mart pharmacy in Beaver Dam Arizona was required to carry Rattler anti-venom, but making sure to have the crunchy Cheetos AND the puffy ones is stupid.

Although quite becoming, your condescension is hardly necessary. I don't know if you hold any licenses, but
I do and I thoroughly understand the resposiblities and implications thereof. My argument was with the product and it's classification as something that the license would dictate one would need sell. Clear?

The regulation states they will provide "normaly prescribed medicines". It's left to interpitation and I woun't think that the "morning after pill" should ever be considered a normaly prescribed anything!

The law clearly states "commonly presciribed" medications, Walmart maintains they are not commonly prescribed....and I doubt they are.
See how you would like to pay for inventory just to throw it away when it expires. It just raises prices accross the board.
All because these whores are on a abortion rights dime, pulling a publicity stunt. This is why we have to change the frivolus lawsuit laws to looser pays legal fees.
