I just learned how to read. I was going to buy my tickets when I arrived but looks like I'll have to do the paypal thing. So the key is going to be to submit the paypal payment at just the perfect time to get the winning ticket. I'm doing the research and I'll submit my payment for the winning tickets just as the planets fall into perfect alignment for me.

And of course I'll be buying

of them.
