Dude trust me I am not bored or retreating and lets not forget who gave you the check to buy the car (your mom) even though I specifically asked you for Cash I dont know how many times I'm definetly not sending the PC back to you because it took you over a month of me calling and e-mailing and listening to all kinds of excuses just to send the damn thing the first time around. If you want to send me the case and the modem thats fine the PC is a $350 PC as you say anyway (where you can get a $350 PC I still dont know). Here are a few of your excuses in case you forgot:


"Dude, you need to relax. I'm extremely busy this week and your PC is the last thing I need to worry about. If you want to be annoying and come to me with an attitude, you can give me $1500 back and you'll see your car sitting out front. I will ship it when I have time, please understand this. Thank you. " (this was on April 27th)

"I will mail it out today if I don't leave for MD first. " (April 30th's excuse)

"My plans have changed dramatically. My grandmother died and the funeral was yesterday, her burial is today. I will mail it out today. Thanks and please mail me the other stuff back. "
(Another one from April 30th)

"The post is supposed to be deleted. I guess that just puts me behind in re-sending the PC." (May 10th's excuse)

We can call this deal even when I recieve in the mail the new case and the modem I think that's reasonable.

I sent the title out today to your "primary address" with the tracking # 70033110000461188036 through the USPS you should have it shortly.

In addition please dont send me text messages at 2:30 in the morning I'm usually trying to sleep like most other people at that time.

I dont really want to hear your nasty cursing and swearing on my phone so yes I am not answering your calls, plus I do have to pay for cellular phone calls.

You can e-mail me as much as you like I fixed that problem with the old reliable pentium one.

Again all I ask is for the modem and case shipped to my house
I dont think thats much to ask (but as it shouldve been done right from the beginning of this whole fiasco) Then as you said in your 2:30 am text message this childish game can stop.

Let me know how long it will take for me to recieve the stuff so we can end this or do I have to wait another month to get that stuff ?

My responses take so long as my Pentium One is on its last leg (hence the need for a new computer) and half the time I go online it either knocks me offline or freezes when I try to go to the internet

He's admitted that he has ripped someone off in the past. He has agreed that he has not met the contract he conditions with Chris. If the computer is worth $350 why not send the computer back and have John send you a money order for $350 , that would be fair.

Footnote: I will be in Pennsylvania this weekend as I am almost every weekend. If you would like to send a copy of the Microsoft Office Suite that would be great when you send the case and the modem. That will end this fiasco once and for all I hope In addition the supposed incognito buddy of mine asked if that was you I confirmed it. Not sure about the honda but I do remember you wanting to come down and get the Monte SS but I wont go into details that has nothing to do with the car the computer or anything. I havent heard anything as yet no-emails or posts (I'm surprised)

I'm going away for the weekend to Pennsylvania (my usual weekend trip)

I probably wont have access to post or read posts but I can read e-mails from my AOL on my cell phone. Hopefully the modem and case and maybe even a copy of the software will be shipped this weekend (WITH A TRACKING NUMBER !).

I shipped the title (see tracking# in previous post) so I dont see any reason why those things shouldnt be sent.

Either that or I have to wait another month for the case and the modem. Not for nothing since you own that Microzone computing company would you send out a customer's PC without a modem or Ethernet Card and who uses dial up these days anyway??
Only reason I do right now is because I thought my "new " pc would be able to do the right thing (not)

PS There's a brand new AMD Duron here in the paper in PA (same specs and includes a monitor and modem for $349) but again thats a whole other story since the one I got is used but still worth $350?

#2 if you sent the right stuff in the first place and sent it when you promised this wouldve never taken place
#3 ok if I spent $3200 and lots of time and effort on the car you shouldve done the same for the PC
#4 I was fully informed of the equipment I was getting (as stated in the contract which you signed ) I DIDNT GET THAT !

I currently am collecting unemployment and relaxing yes I'm not working but what does that have to do with the delivery of the PC or the parts/software I was supposed to recieve? Whether I am working or not has nothing to do with this.

I dont need to check out any prices of computer software or hardware I just know I did not recieve what I was supposed to end of story.

What I would have been happy with was to recieve the PC over a month ago when you picked up the car with all the right stuff in it around it whatever and not have to drag this on every day
