Ok all here's the story #1 It is the same guy John Cafolla aka NOSJOHNWE4 on turbobuicks #2 It did come from Pulaski NY but the company is now Microzone computer (www.microzone.us) I really needed to sell my 455 Regal which we talked every day at the time and I always joked with him when are you coming for the car and finally we agreed we would make a sale/trade which was : $1500 in cash and a computer which I gave him the specifications for (WIN 98,1.6 GHZ processor,Microsoft Office,52x CDRW drive,3.5 floppy drive, and 512K of memory). John told me he would pick up the car then he was too busy then he said he was coming the next thursday night early am (like 4am?) didnt call me I ended up calling him to find out he was coming friday instead (even though I specifically told him I was going away on Friday) I waited two extra hours before my vacation (kept the whole family waiting) and he still hadnt showed up . I ended up leaving the keys with my neighbor and asked him to sign a contract stating the $1500 and the details of the PC which he signed. After asking numerous times what was going on with the PC and getting all kind of excuses .... First he was going to bring it when he picked up the car (April 7th ) didnt happen. Then he was going to ship it but he was too busy to ship it and told me if I wanted he would bring me the car back to give him the $1500 I told him deliver it to the person who wants the car he told me ok but my price is $3000. He also told me that he would drop off the PC (I think it was two weeks ago) when he picked up a car from Long Island to deliver to Weavy (dont know if that happened but didnt see the PC then either) Well now its May 12th I have recieved the PC it doesnt have Microsoft Office, it doesnt have the 1.6 GHZ (its 1GHZ AMD Duron)it doesnt have any wires(power wire) and my favorite is it doesnt have a MODEM !!!!! (not to mention I have no backup disk if the system would crash) My friend looked at the PC said tops $200-$300 to build that PC (but its a rough estimate) Not to mention he told me he was sending it with minimal insurance the second time thorugh Fed Ex (only $100 insurance since he sent it uninsured by USPS the first time supposedly to the wrong address which is why I never got a tracking # the first time) He also accused me of being the intercooled S10 guy who was posting bad press for him and to find out who it was and " delete the whiney ass post" Needless to say I'm happy I got the computer after chasing the guy for over a month, but I'm still using my Pentium 1 since the new PC has no modem and I have no idea how to go online without a modem ?? Also.. I told him I wanted a metal case this is a metal case allright from an old computer built in 1996, and it doesnt even have a real power button just a little tiny thing with no markings at all. The PC looks like an abandoned car that was stripped and left on the street Back to square one but now I have something to rest my feet on when I'm using the Ol' Reliable Pentium one ![]() I didnt want to way it was the same guy in the beginning because I was afraid I would get no PC at all.. now that I have the abandoned car PC anyone who has any questions feel free to e-mail me or PM me

Chris, You whiney little cheap ass prick. I told you exactly what you were getting. I admit the modem is my mistake and I will send you one. I told you this PC was my older gaming system and it comes with the existing loaded software, NOT an entire new Operating System with disks and a Microsoft Office suite (price a new Operating System and Office Suite then see if you can understand why they aren't included). I also told you the processor speed and if, in the future, you wanted to upgrade, I would send you a processor at my cost. The PC was shipped and insured for $350.00 via Fed-Ex. I have the receipt to prove it. You doubt the price of it? Price the existing hardware on CompUSA or another similar site. The Hard Drive and memory alone is over $200. I put a 60gb brand new Western Digital 7200rpm drive in there plus 512mb of memory. Then you have the balls to talk about the PC like it's a piece of crap. Jim, Don't post your same bullshlt again...we all know the story and how I ripped off hundreds, if not thousands, of people. Last time I checked you were one person...the only person. I tried to make amends with you and Ed Baker, Brian Weaver, nor I can get through to you. Now, all of a sudden, you show up again. Weird... One more thing Chris, don't EVER ask me for a favor again. My one and only favor to you was driving 5.5 hours to your house and pulling that n/a V-6 motor out of your Regal at 2a.m. in the rain and 30 degree weather. Then you were nice enough to give me a plain donut and some water...real nice. Thanks for the return on the favor. There it is...your little soap opera in a neat package.

1) You signed a contract and one of things I requested in the PC was Microsoft Office 2) The car I sold you while you complained the chassis was no good (you looked at the car and the option not to buy it if you didnt want it I didnt force you) I can think of a few things that top your $1500 and your PC GN Spoiler $200 CK Performance Tranny and Converter $1000 GN Rear with rebuilt Auburn Posi $800 Be-Cool Radiator $600 So without the car having an engine in it thats $2600 just in parts I did not ask for a $1100 PC just a pc with the few things that I wanted (which I would think you agreed to since you signed a contract stating the stuff I needed in my PC) 3) You did not do me a favor coming down to get that engine (again I didnt force you to take it)you were supposed to come to get the engine/trans a few times before that and you came down at 10 pm on a work day for me (with your son) and was working on the engine till 4 am with a flashlight (while the baby slept) since we had no light since it was so late when you finally showed up I felt bad since you didnt feed the kid (which you shouldve thought of ) I didnt have to offer you anything I just felt bad. I offered for you to stay at my house and rest for a few hours before you and your son drove back, but you wanted to go back. Was I supposed to let you sleep in my house while I was not home and at work? If you had come earlier or on one of the other days you were supposed to show up I mean you drove for 5.5 hours you didnt stop to eat? When you came to get the car you had to stop I think 3 or 4 times that I can remember before you got to my house 12 hours AFTER the time you had originally promised me (Last I checked my house was not an all you can eat buffet if I had to feed everyone who came by to work on my car or borrow tools or help me I would be in the poor house) 4) I am far from cheap all I asked for was the money you promised and the PC with the 6 things that I asked Windows 98 (has this) Microsoft Office (does NOT have this) 52x CDRW Drive (has the drive but I dont know which it is) 3.5 Inch Floppy Drive (has this) 512 K Memory (has this) 1.6 GHZ CPU (does NOT have this) I expected nothing more than what we agreed on (which is what the contract you signed and what I listed above say) I think the motor, trans and rear are worth more then the $1500 and the PC but at the time I really needed to get rid of the car so you definetly came out ahead on the deal. 5) If you want to send me a $10 modem (as you told me on your nasty phone message) thats fine 6) I have no recovery disk and when I tried to start AOL (how I realized I had no modem) it asked me to insert the Windows CD (which of course I dont have) If this thing crashes what do I use for backup? 7) You NEVER told me it was your existing gaming system why would I want a PC for games all I need it for is AOL and an occasional word document (which the PC doesnt have) 8) Since I am so Cheap I might refresh your memory of you telling me you sent the PC the first time USPS with no insurance and no tracking number because they never screw up you said Fed Ex and UPS "break ****" When I asked you to send the PC to me UPS through a UPS store you caught an attitude and told me " screw that, I'm not paying double for shipping twice, are you F-in crazy ? " even though you sent it to the wrong address 9) Dont forget to mention calling me a nosy bitch when I asked you where to send the title because you gave me your "secondary address" and I didnt know what that was 10) Also to refresh your memory when I told you I had someone who would give you the $1500 back you paid for the car you told me no that your price was $3000 and that possession is 9/10ths of the law (I asked if you were afraid that I was going to repossess the car)

As a final note read before you write dude - you just admitted that this is the one person...the only person you ripped off ?? Jim, Don't post your same bullshlt again...we all know the story and how I ripped off hundreds, if not thousands, of people. Last time I checked you were one person...the only person.

I have his "primary address" as he calls it in Pulaski NY and his "secondary address" in Fulton NY . Dont forget I was called nosy when I asked what his primary address is . I'll just stay with this big metal paperweight and beat my Pentium 1 into the ground and save up some money and get a real computer. In the mean time I have something to rest my feet on when use the old Pentium 1 . I have the contract, and I had called my local court for small claims (didnt think I was going to get the PC after a month) but they told me to contact the court up in Syracuse. I'm going to mail the guy the title so I hold up my end of the deal .(certified/return reciept of course) The moral of the story : Dont make hasty decisions and DTA PS DTA = Dont Trust Anyone

| Lotsa G-Body Parts |
John does my website as far as working for Gbodyparts. I learned along time ago( a few months back) don't get in the middle of other people's crap.I tried helping & it gets you know where. There is his side of the story the other guys & the truth lies in the middle. One other thing is that an internet battle rarely makes either side look good.I know both of you guys & I think a long phone call,a few beers or a all out brawl will settle this problem not a soap oprea on TBS.com. Jim on your point I have tried contacting you to resolve your debt as Ed tried to also.I'm not sure what ever came of this but I'm guessing it wasn't being resolved to your liking. My guess would to be to Contact ED if you want to resolve the 24 month drama. I will no longer be a mediator for anyone after my last fiasco of trying to help. That is posted in another section of this board for all to read.Don't ask & don't call to explain. I have enough going on.It just eats up my time & never gets resolved. I helped alot of people resolve problems but it only takes 1 person to ruin it. Your adults handle it like your adults!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

As Brian said I have no idea how the past agreement worked out. Syracuse John and NCBuickGN both agreed on a settlement. I believe one payment was made. But since then I was not able to contact NCBuickGN. I put a lot of effort and many phone calls on my dime to help but it was all @#$^%@. All I can say is 99% of people don't change there ways. Before you deal with someone do a board search and ask others who dealt with them. Chris, Good Luck and I think you will do better talking with John on the phone.

Basically he's bored at mommies home and he's making a mountain out of a mole hill. He knew exactly what he was getting, as stated previously. If he doesn't like it, he can send it back and I'll get him a new PC case ($30 - 40) and a new modem ($10.00). I cannot do that though as he's blocked my e-mail and will not answer my calls. He seems to have retreated, much like Jim (a.k.a. TwoLane, NCbuickGN). I do NOT know what I did to him as previous to the past few days, he was talking to me EVERY DAY on Instant Messenger, e-mail and a phone call at least once a week. Boredom? Split personallity? Sellers remorse? Chris can act like a man and solve this or continue his ranting like a child...it's up to him. I'm easy to get in touch with me, my information is: jcofolla@twcny.rr.com 315-569-3422 ...anyone can call or e-mail me, I'm not here to make enemies. Thank you Brian and Ed.
