Cool BuickGN.com

I gotta give some love to Mark over at http://buickgn.com

He was really great to deal with from shipping, to following up with quick replies to my emails, and from the sounds of things the 3" electric cut out I ordered for and had shipped to a friend is a classy piece.

Another great vendor.

Who knows, maybe I'll get one for my Buick...? If I can bring myself to hacking up my MPE DP.

He is a great vendor but be careful. He has so much nice stuff for our Buicks, you can become addicted and cannot stop purchasing from him.

I should know....

And yes the electric cutout is awesome !! Works great !

Thanks guys!

Mike, all you need is a dump pipe for the cutout. No need to hack up your downpipe!

Joe, you haven't bought anything in a while, isn't it about time? Sorry, it's been a slow week!

We have emissions to worry about up here... I have to have a cat... ergo no dump. So I'd have to shoot it off the DP.

We have emissions here in CT too but don't worry about it! Besides, our current program is as corrupt and screwed up as the old system! I just blip in the cat when I get tested.

We have random road side inspections.

Ever been caught in Environment Canada sting coming back from the street races or going to/from the race track? They are dirty bastages up here.

I am prolly just going to build a 3" single exhaust with a hollow cat to shut 'em up.

Well you can just install the cut out over the end of that single tailpipe.

Mike I have the electric cut out & its great! I was pulled over by an OPP & he actually got under my car on the On Ramp at Young & 401 & wrote a no Cat ticket for $177 Thought my knock detector was a Radar Unit! I went to court with Pics of my Cat on & mechanics letter & said BS!!! He had no pictures & I got off Clean! Maybe they are takin Pics now?

I'd rather not take the chance... and my Hooker exhaust is getting a little tired.

Wendy... maybe we can put one of those cut-outs over your mouth? ;)

Sucks to be in Ontario then, no emissions inspections over here! I ran for a full year with nothing more than a downpipe, and never got any flak from the fuzz.
