Post Are the 87 turbo buick engines stronger then the 89 pontiac turbo enginess

please explain any diffeences if any

basically no differences. Heads and crank are different but I think they are the same stength.

Different pistons also. Both engines can blow up easy if you don't know what you are doing.

The TTA techincally has a different crank and pistons but they all seem to take about the same abuse. Generally the TTAs are faster mod for mod but the reason why is debated at length. usa
