| Resident Idiot | Hmm, makes you wonder if that's a regular TTA with an eBay add gone wrong. Developemental 4.3 motor? I guess a StageII 274ci motor would be considered 4.3 liters. When I think of 4.3 liters though, I think of the not so nifty Sy/Ty engines.. 208MPH? On a dyno? Doesn't sound hard to do with the proper gearing. I'm sure things are a lot different with a head wind!

| For a second there I thought the exhaust housing discoloured the turbo sheild! eek! I like the nitrous in the up-pipe. 630hp and the stock neck on the intercooler, too. Interesting. 8) Diggin it.

| I agree Mike, some stuff there just doesn't JIVE. IF that car were that rare or unique, who on earth would put all those NOS solenoids on it? dunno I wouldn't buy it due to the conflicting top MPH speed...only if it did 208...not 204. nono

| Registered User | I believe this is the same car that has been for sale for many years through Hemmings. Judging by the VIN # it does appear to be an early build but other than that it is up to the owner to prove his story. ![]()

| Given the exceptional claims made, the current owner would have to provide an irrefutable provenance. Personally, I would require a signed letter from Emerson Fitipaldi, stating that he did indeed receive this car and that it was returned to Pas. Eng. From there I would require that Jeff Bietzelsign an affidavit regarding the modifications. Call me paranoid. usa powersix usa |
