sad news...

my tta was running great, everything looking ok on the scantool, wastegate problem fixed and boost set at 15psi peak....

going 35 mph down georgia st in vallejo, ca.... the crankshaft snapped.... no prewarning, car running great until boom.... dont know what happened or how or why.

here's the deal... i dont wanna get rid of the car, especially in this condition, but i'm 20 years old and i can't really afford the repairs. the car looks great, has some wear in the original paint and seats but other than that...beautiful. you can eat off the motor, and even when the shaft went it still doesn't leak and no fluids were spilled at all.

basically the thing is i owe about 11k on the car. i checked it out on kelly bluebook and with the mileage under 60k its booking at 25k. of course i'd like to break even, but i know you can get a car that runs for 11k with relatively low mileage.

i know forums require that you post a price so i'm "asking" $11,000 OR BEST OFFER. i can get pics on request and will gladly answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. i'm not trying to hide anything or get over on anybody.... i just want to see if i can start over with something different for less than i could get the car back on the road. thanks for reading, take care.
