help on a small trans piece and a question

I have a 82 Regal with a Buick 455 in it backed by a 200R4, w/ a GN 8.5 rear with a 3.42 Posi. rolling with 275/60/15's on stock GN wheels.

First there is a small pin that goes thru the trans gear drive piece that the quill from the speedo cable goes in and the speedo gear rides on..... I need that piece (a small shaft or pin) my speedo cable froze and sheared the quill inside the pin, I cant get the quill out... so I need a replacement pin.

The question is..... with the combo listed,what gear can i swap too on the end of that pin to make my speedo accurate.. I think mine is blue, it is a GN 200R4 trans.
