I have been banned from posting ON TURBOBUICK

I GOT INTO AN ALL OUT shouting match about a defective fuel pump and Guess who's side the administrator takes, NOT MINE, they have deleted posts to hide the truth, SOUND FAMILIAR??

browse around, you'll probably find many a story that sounds familiar.

As for other banned bretheren - the list is long and distinguished.

Just don't let the fact come out that there was shortcomings on your part as well. You won't be banned or censored here, but many will tell you how they really feel...

That SAME VENDOR that screwed me advertises here ALSO

IT is like the FOX gaurding the HEN house over there on TB< , what will happen if I say negative things about the SOB vendor that sold me a defective modified walbro 340 fuel pump HERE ON THIS BOARD< DO THE VENDOR DEFENDOR POLICE COME OUT OF THE WOODWORK AND DELETE YOUR POSTS AND BAN YOU HERE ALSO???

Here Are The Details

Several Months ago, I ordered a FUEL PUMP KIT DIRECT FROM RACETRONIX on the web, it was my 2nd pump kit from them, I will say that the first pump is over a year old and stil working fine,
HOWEVER, with the 2nd pump kit on hand , and a appointment at my local shop to DROP the gas tank and replace the pump, my mechanic finds that the new 340SS walbro that racetronix modifies and scribbles their name on with a vibrator pencil, was no good from the start, SO we have to drop the tank AGAIN< AND I need a new high performance PUMP FAST OVERNIGHT, because I am paying $45 hour for the lift time,
I order an excellant HOLLEY 255LPH pump from summit racing OVERNIGHT, THEN I EMAIL RACETRONIX and explain to them and REQUEST A UPS CALL TAG to return their defective pump, THEY REFUSE, I JUST WANT MY MONEY FOR THE NO GOOD PUMP REFUNDED and for them to pay return postage,WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT?
THIS IS WHERE IT HAS BEEN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS< UNTILL A FUEL PUMP POST COMES UP THE OTHER DAY On TURBOBUICK.com, I post a reply about the rotten service I got from racetronix, the fact that they have no PHONE , eventually , a RACETRONIX employee comes on the board and tries to turn around what I AM saying with his version of the story, and that it is up to walbro if any warranty claim is to honored, and it is up to me to return the pump according to their return policy, just alot OF bull, it esculates untill i see all of my posts deleted, his still there, and i can not post anymore on TB.com.

Not saying either side is right or wrong as I don't really know the details. Does Racetronix have a disclaimer on there site for DOA parts?

The rest of your post sounds exactly like TB.com, do some reading on here you'll see you are one of hundreds.

Not taking sides here but your schedule is really not the vendors problem. His only obligation is to inspect the suspected defected pump and replace it if needed. If defected it will be replaced and returned to you and not necessarily overnight air. You never gave the vendor a chance to make good since you went out and purchased another pump. It's a tough call now. I do think deleting your posts and banning you is wrong and it sucks. You won't get that here and you will get opinions that you may or may not like. Also there is no alliance here between board and vendors so don't expect anything more then your thread and maybe his reply if he chooses too.

I should not have to pay for their mistake in Shipping cost

IT is up to any Honest business to eat up costs in a mistake that originated at their end, SHIPPING should be paid by the Vendor,

OH< also they included a aliagtor test lead to test the pump, ASS IF they allready knew about problems, that was not in the first pump kit I bought from them, WE did NOT test pump first, even if we did and it proved to be bad , the end result is the same, I had to get another pump fast from somehere else to get car off the lift, SINCE the pump was bad, I SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND PLUS THEY PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING OF THE PUMP IF THEY WANT IT BACK< ALOT OFF PLACES WILL JUST TELL YOU TO KEEP THE DEFECTIVE PART AND THROW IT OUT ON YOUR END< BECAUSE THE TRUST THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SAVE SHIPPING< THESE people do not trust in anything be the all mighty DOLLAR.

THE hot wire kit I installed and it was fine, to be fair , they do make a dam good wiring harness, it quailty all the way, as far as being a MANUFACTURER, I beleive that to be an exagerated illusion of grander, they are more like assembly line electricians vo-tech SCHOOL GOBERS , basic wiring , 5 notches under what CASPER's DO!

If they sent you a bad pump, then they need to replace it.

But, why in the heck do you have to take it to a shop to do a simple job like changing pumps?? I think there is a small chance that you two guys fuked up the pump somehow.

So I must label you a "High Maintenance Customer"
