Is the engine in this car considered a Stage II?

Came across this car while looking for some other stuff. Is this engine a Stage II? Are the Indy/Champ cars what those engines originally come from?

Yes those are Stage 2 engines. Can't see an engine shot in the first link but I'd be willing to bet that it is Stage powered.

stage II

I run that same type engine in my car from the indy lite cars stage II, :

1987 BUICK REGAL SLEEPER 274-done 45 over stage II motor, 212 ,206 roller cam, Front mount intercooler, 83lb injectors, DFI fuel management system, Quad air, double fuel pump, G&N-1 alum heads, 1.65 T&D roller rockers, SMC Alcohol injection system, John Craig LImted Enginering Big Shaft 76 Turbo with .81 EXCH Housing 3" mandrel bent exhaust front to back, Air bags, drag shocks, Raised runners on intake & 1/2 inch spacer, Power plate, two delta gates to control boost on the fly.
