 | FS: Speedo Cable Gear Reduction Box This is a speedo gear reduction box that attaches to the speedo output connection on a 2004r. It will reduce 4.10 gears to 3.42 with a 26" tall tire as far as the speedo cable is concerned. Basically I used this in my Mazda which had 4.10 gears but wanted corrected MPH readings for the dash and ECM while using the factory drive and driven speedo gear in the transmission. The reason I didn't just change the driven gear is because one does not exist for that much reduction (no 200r4s made it into a 4.11 equipped vehicle). This would be great if you wanted to use one of those 145mph dash overlays in your Buick dash. You can buy the small gears that go inside of this box to get whatever reduction you need.
