Braided Turbo Oil Feed Hose With Billet Aluminum Inline Oil Filter

I would like to introduce a new product available, people that see this on my GN comment that I should market it, so I am putting it out there to see if there is interest in this item. The cost of the material is high so that reflects the price, I only stand to profit $10.00 on each complete package as well as the DIY kit, any money raised will go towards a new motor for my car.

Billet Aluminum inline turbo oil feed filter. This new product Fit's all 86-89 3.8 Turbo Buicks, The flexible turbocharger steel braided oil feed hose makes turbo replacement easier, adds a custom look under the hood, Also unlike the stock steel line the oil will not coke inside due to heat, eliminating the periodic replacement of the stock hard line. It features a filter with -4 AN male end caps with a 60 micron stainless screen filter element, billet aluminum construction throughout.

Filter elements are rated in micron sizes, reflecting the size of particle that will pass through the filter screen. The larger the micron size, the larger the particle that will pass through the screen. One micron equals .0000394 inches. The particle size for my filter is
60 Micron .0023 inches.

This is a great addition for piece of mind in keeping any metal or debris out of your turbo if your oil pump should bypass for any reason, or anything makes it through your engine filter. Our design features a quality built billet aluminum design with a sleek appearance as its tucked in behind the turbo in the oil feed line eliminating the big bulky lines of other turbo saver type products and can be used without any modification to the turbo shield. This filter can handle pressures 100psi +, and has a free flow design to eliminate pressure drop across the filter to .50 of a lb max.

The filter is able to be easily removed from the feed line, taken apart to remove the filter element for cleaning or to be replaced. Replacement filter elements are available and come with a new o-ring and element stainless retaining ring.

New braided oil feed line with billet aluminum filter $150.00 Shipped
(New assemblies are pressure tested for leaks)

Replacement filter element kit $18.00 Shipped

D.I.Y. kits $90.00 Shipped
D.I.Y. kits come with:
Qty (1) billet aluminum inline turbo oil feed filter
Qty (2) -4 AN Aeroquip fittings
Kits will install in any turbo regal -4an braided oil feed line (recommended to use new line for install of filter, and to be pressure tested before installation)

I will build these, or put the DIY kits together by order.
Thanks, Ed

The link above no longer works......send pics to incubus2432@sbcglobal.net Thanks!

Also can you make it with a different turbo end fitting for BB turbos? I'll have to check but I believe it is just a -4AN (probably a 120 degree would work best).

Wow, I didn't realize someone resurrected the thread from the grave.

I have a list of everything I need to make my own but when I saw this post I thought I'd save myself the trouble. No biggie.
