East Coast Buick Regional Meet @ Cecil County
Well, It's just about that time of year once again! ...The East Coast Regional Buick Meet is taking place once again at beautiful Cecil County Dragway in Rising Sun, Maryland.
There will be Test and Tune all day on Friday, Oct. 7th. Open to ALL makes, so tell your buddies with the Brand-X cars to bring'em on down. There'll be plenty of room for everyone and an unlimited number of runs! We'll also have a Gambler's Race on Friday for all those who are interested.
Saturday, October 8th we will have time trials in the morning, with Buick eliminations in the afternoon, as well as a "Display Only" car show in an area set aside in the pits. ALL cars in eliminations MUST be Buick powered, however, there will be Test and Tune all day on Saturday for Non-Buicks, so if your Brand-X buddies want to stick around for Saturday to make more time runs, they are welcome to do so, so long as they realize they will be run in between Buick runs, as time allows. Folks, this is THE event to attend if you want to clock your best-ever numbers. Cecil County Dragway is virtually AT sea level and the track prep is second to none! I hope to see you all there.

Ive never had the car or myself on a dragstrip before.... so I will be a big newbie...

I gotta settle out some grounding out issues before I go too

On Oct. 7th. is a Test and Tune day. You can get alot of runs in and you can get your routine down.
Oct. 8th is also Test and Tune in the AM and eliminations in the mid-afternoon.

I just received information regarding to the Cecil County race event for this weekend. I regret to inform to you all the event is cancelled due to the forecast for rain all weekend.

This information came from John Csordas, NE Chapter of the GSCA.
