Accel 9000 series spark plug wires

Believe it or not...

These were the wires I *had* on my GN, per Mr. C's recommendation. They actually rocked and held up well. When I did my tinkering the other day I went to pull off a boot and the plug came apart (out of the boot) on 2 seperate plugs. Dielectric grease was used when they were installed which bewildered me.

Anyhow, I looked them up on Summit's page and Accel 9000 series wires have a 5 year warranty! I contacted Summit and they authorized them to be returned! Whoda thunk!? The only caveat to the warranty is that they not be burned, which mine were not (they prob saw less than 3000 miles).

So...I guess what I'm saying is...score one in my book for Summit standing behind their products, despite the Accel 9028 Buick wires being discontinued

Something happened with the clips in the plugs - the clips were so tight on the spark plug that even using pliers I had trouble getting them off!!

Jeff I have my Accell wires if you want them for that warranty money I only had them on the car a year and went to the Russ Merrit wires. Those are the best of the best so far
