| Which big race??? Which big race is everybody going to next year? I had a great time at BPG last year. There is too much politics involved with the GS Nats. So I doubt I will go to that one.

| Still trying to decide, but my goal is to go to 2 Buick events, and one with the Kawasaki ZRX cycle.. The BPG is high on the list, and I have never been...

| BPG was great, looking foward to BPG 2008. If you can fit a second Ohio trip into your schedule, Norwalk is also a great event. The people that organize it are great and the facility is top notch.

| Good thread Doug! It's time to think about next years vacation schedule.... I personally had a good time at BG KY last year, although the prices for the club membership plus all the fees at the track made it on the exspensive side. But it was nice to be there for a whole week with the other Buick guys, and to have the track all those days in a row. If other members are going next year, I will consider going again. BPG Nationals in OH was a lot of fun, tons of cars there and many vendors too. The weather was really hot, but hey it's in August! The rain on the way home was the worst part of the whole trip, that being said I want to go again. Cecil is only 1.25 hrs away from me, would not miss that for anything. A lot of the local racers from York PA, go to South Mountain and race, it's only a 1/8 mile track though and I have never been there. But it would be nice to go there sometime just for the exsperience, I guess there are more 1/8 mile tracks around that I don't know about... It would be nice as a club to check out some of the smaller tracks sometime! Chuck

| I can't wait to attend the following: 1. All of the 2008 MAGNA Points Series races. We'll have at least 5 races at Atco, Cecil, E-Town. Look for more details soon! 2008 MAGNA Points Series 2. The BPG Buick Horsepower Nationals in Columbus, OH. As others have mentioned, this was a great event last year and I'd only expect more from them for '08. It is a national caliber track, and easy to get to. You do not need to be a member of their club to race. The Buick Performance Group I will NOT be going to the GS Nationals in Bowling Green, nor will I recommend the event to anyone. (At least not till they make some serious changes to their management and how they run that event) This is in response to their poor management, prices, returns to the racers/members, safety, and MOST IMPORTANTLY ... the rude, unprofessional AND threatening remarks their "club" reps have made this year towards other members... including Billy Anderson and myself. See y'all at the races in '08! ![]() -Banning.

| Will Boost 4 Boobies!!! | My goal is to make 1 national race and OH sounds like the one to go to. Although Bowling Green KY would be cool to check out b/c of the Vette plant. 'O well, OH is closer anyways. Let make this thread a sticky.

| If everybody is thinking about BPG lets get some reservations going on. That way we can be at the same hotel with everybody else. And we all can stay together.

| cRaCk wH0rE | I think I'll do both Ohio events this year. Not sure on Bowling Green yet. I had a great time at Bowling Green last year but then again I wasn't racing But it was expensive! I guess if I take my GN to Bowling Green I'll make sure there is no MAGNA signs or cards on it!
