TE-44 For sale soon..Good deal To a MAGNA Member

I will be making my final decision on which turbo/Converter setup Im going to be going with....I will also probably be doing a cam and head swap...

The car has a TE-44 on it right now...It has a polished compressor housing.(Needs to be polished up some) And a garrett .63 Exhaust housing...The turbo has absolutely no shaft play whatsoever(Up/Down/Side to side...None)...No smoke or oil...

The car has a 9x11 3200 stall in it right now...This turbo/Converter setup with the garrett housing on it puts the 275 nitto drag radials up in a cloud of smoke at only 15lbs of boost..

Anyway....I may be selling the converter also...But not sure yet.

I will let the turbo go to a Magna member for $375.00..If nobody is interested in it at that price,I will just keep it as a spare.It should be off within the next few weeks.

First one to say they want it...Gets it!!!

Hey nero a 44 works fine with a stock converter.

Collin, how would it work with my #2. Green stripe injectors, Walbro/hotwire, Kirban FP regulator, stock TC?

Are you talking Green stripe 009's Or the stock replacement 30's?

If they are 009's There would not be a problem running the 44 at all...I ran a pt-51 well into the 11's on 009's

I will also have a set of 009's up for sale if anyone is interested....

With a reds street and race chip.

I thought Green Stripe meant one thing-a little better than stock. Is there any other markings so I can tell? They were in the engine when I bought it. If your 009's are worthy, what about a package deal? hehehe

I'm not sure exactly how to tell the 009's and the other Green stripes apart...But you can look here to see if your injector looks something like it.....http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/pict...ors/425lb.html

That is the 009....If you would be interested in a set...I would work you out a package deal..Figure $475 And I would give you the 44 and The 009's with 2 chips..Reds street and Race,I think I have another 009 chip around here somewhere also...Not sure which it is...But If I find I would throw it in also.

John check the part number on your injectors...Also lots of chip makers put the injector size on the chip.
