| Ran last night at Cecil Raceway..... Well i went last night to Cecil and ran the car. The weather was hot and sticky, really sticky (Absolute Baro 28.94). I ran about five times with only the last two times giving the car time to cool down. Here are my times.. 7:20pm run 60' 1.836 330 4.820 1/8 7.308 MPH 98.55 1000 9.455 1/4 11.270 MPH 124.17 9:46pm run 60' 1.783 330 4.764 1/8 7.243 mph 99.00 1000 9.381 1/4 11.194 mph 123.89 This was the first time i ever ran the car on full slicks. i could only hold the car to around 6 pounds at launch and was spinning alot when hitting 2 gear. I only have air bags, so i'm going to get real control arms and try to get those 60' times down... thanks GrndNatnl for helping try to lower those times.. Mike |

| Was a good night last night Mike. The car ran really well for as warm and muggy as it was. That car obviously has 10's in it. No question there. All it took was dropping the air in the slicks, heat the hell out of them to set that brand new rubber, and launch it hard as you could. Now you're just having the same rear brake holding problems I am. That and keeping that sucker straight like on the last run! ![]() Was good finally catchin ya there.. and Billy too. In his 14.5 second tractor trailer! ![]()

| Well we are going to work on the rear end of the car this week. Installing upper and lower control arms, working on the brake system and maybe a larger sway bar.. Hopefully this will help plant those slicks. If the weather holds off next Friday maybe i could see a high 10's.. |

| Good times. Once you get that 60 ft down you will be in the 10 sec club for sure. You might want to try a wolfe racecraft rear drag bar. I have one on my camaro and I pull the wheels about 15" high on the launch (no twisting) and it is perfectly straight and stable the whole way down the track. Congrats, Matt
