| RockAuto Closeout Parts At RockAuto.com, "Wholesaler Closeout parts" means inventory purchased from competing stores, car manufacturers, etc. Maybe the competing store is going out of business or maybe they decided there is no longer a big market for those parts in their geographic region. Prices for Wholesaler Closeout parts are usually at least 30% less than RockAuto's regular, low priced inventory. Rare or hard to find closeout parts also have low prices. Closeout parts did not come directly from the part manufacturer and so are covered by a 30 day warranty rather than regular manufacturer warranties. RockAuto regularly has new Wholesaler Closeout parts to offer but quantities are always limited. | Great prices but shipping to canada is Ridiculous!! Looked at some wiper blade refills & $4 part was $25 shipping?? Gotta get it sent to the USA I guess? lots of good stuff you have but not for us!

| RockAuto shipping to Canada Just a Six?? is right that shipping only a set of wiper blades usually does not makes sense unless they just cannot be found locally. FedEx, UPS, etc. have minimum shipping charges. RockAuto.com ships parts to Canada using FedEx's Ground Canada which includes the GST tax. However, the savings on a shopping cart of parts can quickly add up to more than pay for shipping. I just visited a Canadian parts store chain website ("73 stores strong in 4-provinces") and looked up a couple of random Buick Regal parts. Monroe shocks, part number 5840, cost $54.99 (Canadian) at the Canadian chain and $22.79 (US) at RockAuto.com. Fel-Pro valve cover gaskets, part number VS50156R, cost $23.23 at the Canadian chain and $12.58 at Auto Parts Fast at RockAuto. The currencies are currently worth about the same, so buying just these two parts (nobody buys just one shock absorber) at RockAuto would save $41.97.
