| Convertor is in, perfect match to the TE61---normal driving around you'd never know it was there until ya step on it a little more. Was set up for 33-3500 rpm stall, and with hot brake pads it will start to turn the wheels at 3350 rpm and ~12 lbs boost. Haveta check with brakes cold, but I bet it's right on 3500 rpm.... I'm happy ![]()

| Up until earlier this spring I was running a TE44 turbo with a stock D5 convertor. Spool rate of the TE61 and new convertor seems identical to the old combo, so I'd say their a good match. Already duplicated my best 60 ft times at the local 1/8th mile track with a crappy tune, so we'll see how it goes this summer. Now it sounds like Alvin or one of the other chipmunks is laughing under the hood when I let off the gas ![]()

| Looked back through a T-link recording, and it does stall to 3550 rpm with shoes cooled down, although the rear wheels were starting to push me forward ever so slightly---so I'd say 3500 with no pushing ![]()
