e.p. blaster chip? any one

i was digging threw some of my buick stuff and found a chip labled as "e.p. BLASTER 43# lowvac 10/98" dose any one have any info on this thing. i have a tt chip. just would like some more data on this chip like who made it and what not. thanks Rich

That Blaster chip is a 114 or 116 octane chip. I believe the 10/98 is the date it was made. It's pretty old. The later version is about 2 tenth and 2 MPH faster. Low vacuum is for bigger cams that have lower engine vacuum during idle.
