TT chip question

My TT chip says 23*/210 Does that mean it's 23* at WOT? And what does the 210 mean? I want to experiment with my timing, but I don't know what the chip is currently programmed for at WOT.

Hi Chris,
It's 23*/21* at full boost.

Hey Eric,
Thanks for responding. I'm getting some kr (.5 - 4.0) with my new engine. I thought I would try dialing down the timing and/or the boost. I'm thinking it could also be the roller cam making too much noise. I'm experiencing the knock even at half throttle. Boost is set at 21-22 and alky is set at 7. I'm afraid to go WOT with this knock. Any ideas or suggestions?
