| Registered User | I have talked with the track about the scheduling conflict with the BOP. I told them, that rather than cancel it, lets reschedule it. I am thinking about either late January or sometime in February. I offered to rent the track and have my own BOP. They weren't too keen on that, but did say that a club could organize and promote it. What do you guys think? Do you want to do it? If so, when? ------------------ Cal Hartline 87GN Daily Driver 10 sec on DOT's through the mufflers |

| Cal, I brought this subject up at the local club meet this past Saturday. Most guys had no idea it was cancelled and were disappointed. A rescheduling sounds like a good idea. Do you know how much it would cost to rent the track for a day? Considering the showing of people over the last 2 years I think the event is a success. If I remember correctly it cost $35 for us to run and $10 to spectate last year. I figure there was atleast 50-60 cars running. That's $1750-$2100 right there. Add in another 100 spectators that's $1000. I think you get the picture. | I second the idea of the January air. We need a good BOP event, in the cool weather. ------------------ Rich Braccia Victory Transmissions Ocala, FL 352 489-9850

| Registered User | Ok, I'll shoot for an event the end of January. If this does go off, the cost will be the same as last year (or REAL close). This won't be a track rental, but an actual BOP event that is open to the public. Time for me to call Carl @OSW. ------------------ Cal Hartline 87GN Daily Driver 10 sec on DOT's through the mufflers |

| I'll drive up for the event, and most likely, can get one or so guys from the area to drive up also. If the word gets around, with ample time, I am sure that others will join. ![]() ------------------ 87GN •TE66CeramicBBearing •55#•9"3800n/lup•3:73posirr•MaxEffortThumbwheel •ATR3"SS d/p-racegate •Champions •Comp218 •RamAir •ATR dbl pumper •JK Girdle • .020J&E's, balanced w-stl main caps •ATR SS duals w/Pitbulls •dump •snubber •AutometerUltralites •90/10's&50/50's•SouthSides•KBPlenm w/70mm•BiondoLineLock •Level 10•air bags •Weld Untralites •275R60-15'sBFG-DragRadials •Turbo-link•PTE f/m-i/c 87GN (daily driver) T-Tops• 42.5#,JoeLubrantChips•Champion, ArtCar 3200l/u,VR4,TE60,Reds XP, Simms3" dp, Hooker duals cat-back,Scanmaster E-MAIL: mailto:edison@edisonltg.comedison@edisonltg.com</A> [This message has been edited by Booost (edited October 05, 2000).]
