Help!!! Car is bucking hard!

Last night the battery died so I had to jump the car. Jumped it and took it for a spin and had a lot of knock but no bucking and realized my chip had reset. Put the numbers back in and parked it.

This morning I was driving too work and with a constant throttle, and gear/speed/rmp, I could hear the engine noise drop off and the whole car will buck slightly. I tried to speed up with just a bit of throttle and the whole thing starting bucking hard, throwing 9.5 knock, and not speeding up at all. Obviously stopped that right away.

battery is reading 13.9volts on scanmaster.

Battery did a load test fine and alt is fine.

Checked all electrical connections I could see and they looked good. Checked all vacuum lines and they looked good. Reset my TT chip.

Did a full throttle pass from a stop and saw minimul knock and no shuddering.

Did a full throttle pass from a 30mph roll saw tons of knock and lots of shuddering.

Still bucks at at constent throttle.

Weather has been below freezing for a couple days now, if that matters. Maybe condensation in the tank or something?

Added some fuel stabalizer that shoulda gotten rid of any condensation. Let the car sit at idle for a good while and took it out. ANY boost sees knock and car is still bucking.

I'm thinking maybe the TPS is bad. Maybe getting good readings at min and max, but maybe it is still not reading perfect?

I've got no codes showing or anything and all readings while driving seem good. Fuel pressure gauge is showing decent fuel pressure at constant throttle.

Thoughts????

Exactly what mine did when the coil/module fried. Also something similar when I lost a few Maf's.
