| I just got my A/motive check valve. Now my question is:Can I place it directly on the outlet port of the A/motive pump using a 3/4" male pipe nipple from Earl's. Here's a pic. [url=http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=34639] Unfortunately the previous owner plumbed and fitted the fuel lines without provisions for an inline check valve. Or will it be better if I plumb it on the inlet side of the 2nd inline A/motive filter before the fuel rail.I figured I could possibly avoid having to cut the braided fuel lines and install 2 new female hose ends to accomidate the check valve.Just as long as the check valve was somewhere inline between the pump and the regulator. Please correct me if I'm wrong..TIA [ March 26, 2003, 03:22 AM: Message edited by: Turboculosis ] |

| If Cal H (Highpsi) or Chuck Leeper (Ol Buzzard) don't answer this one, drop them a line. They do this type of stuff all the time.

| Thanks Steve,Chuck Leeper has told me what I need to do.FWIW He said it would be fine if I plumb the check valve at the outlet port of the Aeromotive pump with the correct O-rings on the pump side and check valve side of the male -10AN fitting. |
