"onefastcar", to make a factory appearing conversion, you must change the grey trim piece on the side of the seat (where the recliner handle is) and replace it with one with provisions for the switch. You'll probably find this piece at junk yards or better, ask Brian Weaver "Bweavy" at "gbodypartst.com" Here's a picture of how it should look like once you're done. Claude
