Upgraded Return Line

So I'm helping a friend build a car. We need to run a larger than stock return line. I had heard that somebody made a fitting that will go into the return line of the rail that you could lock in and drill out a bit and use an AN fitting and hose for a return? What do you do at the sender end of it? Thanks!

The car has dual pumps on it and he wants to stick with them. (DON'T ASK). Just trying to help him work with what he has, please don't give 10 replies that say you don't need 2 pumps. He is shotting for mid to low 10's.

Jegs and Summit have the parts you're referring to. They allow you to run -6 lines to the rail. For your goals, I'd run -10 feed and -6 return. The fittings only come with -6 male ends, so you'll need a -10 to -6 reducer for the feed line. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=14269 is the link. You'll need a 90 degree end to attach to the stock regulator if you decide to retain it.

I forgot what brand I bought, but the *fit* was miserable, and wound up taking the return fitting to a machine shop for a rework.
Might consider a set of Champion Fuel Rails, and then going AN.

It's a $5 Parker fitting that screws into the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator. It's the same thread as the regulator, makes a 90 and ends in -6. Sorry I don't know the part number but any Parker dealer can find it for you. I have been using on on my Mazda for years.
