Where do I find???

A Steel Flange to weld onto my 3" DP & mounts to stock exhaust elbow?
It needs to be 3" hole with 2 5/16 bolt holes (or close so I can enlarge if needed) I just cleaned up mine with a belt sander & it works so far with a gasket but the ears dont have much meat left at all, so a new one would be great! Tried Keith @ Torque Tech who usually has all that stuff but his are formed flanges & not flat both sides. Anyone here know where I may find one? They are an oddball & not easy to find & I have tried many shops. No local muffler shops yet but I doubt they will have one? So someone must sell these? Help!
