My 49 has the Garrett housing from Kirban & just a couple years old. I might trade with you for the bigger Limit one? Can we just do a plug & play so to speak? direct bolt in foe Each of us?

I want the Garrett smaller housing?
I noticed 200 rpm difference in spool on the DS with the PTE .63 housing compared to stock. I cut a best 60ft of 1.61 on a cool day, unopen motor and stock intercooler. Best mph was over 116 with a V4 intercooler, but this was through the stock exhaust system.

Good point. It's not like he's beaten on the thing. I'm still amazed Gary is modding his car.

I am sorry, Just a Six??, but I only use brand new stuff on my car. Hate to be rude, crude, and socially unacceptable, but one on my golden rules. I did get your PM this afternoon, but I just did not have a chance to answer it.
I do appreciate the offer, though, and I don't want to appear snobbish, but this is a 16K mile car.

This AM I had the Neal Steward chip installed, afpr installed & set at 42.5, Bilsteins installed, and there just aren't words to describe my amazement and fun driving that car home. Lo and behold, it actually will go around a corner without me getting out and pushing it. I'll be damned. Can't wait to do more. I would feel bad if this were a 1.6 K mile car, but 16.5 K miles, look out Buick modifications/upgrades/replacement parts are in order. And you are correct, Brian, those were good suggestions and I intend to replace at least the line that is replaceable with the stainless steel braided one. I wonder if my Z06 rims and tires will fit under this thing? Anybody can keep one of these stock, but it takes a real man to hack one up.

They are all bolt ons that can be swapped back to original.

Just keep your stock parts bro, I have all of mine in a couple of boxes. Even have the original MAF, maybe I can get it rebuilt? Just keep the Sawzall away from it and you'll be fine. As far as Z06 rims, you'll probably need spacer or something, but I don't trust those for sh!t. I have to say the T's got the best rims out of all the TR's. Keep those on.

FWIW & IMHO:
I must be strange, because I think that the GNX & GNX replica rims look good on any of the trs, but the only thing that looks better that the t-type rims on a t-type are the GNX.
