ATR 3" Crossflow Exhaust, Drone?

Im looking to replace my flowmaster ( dont ask) cat back on my T with a better flowing, slightly louder exhaust. I have a Cottons single shot on the GN and after a long drive on the highway it gives me damn headache. Does the crossflow exhaust drone less? I like the sound of the single shot but the drone blows. Im thrilled with it unless Im just cruising around like on the highway. Its not the noise that bugs me, its the vibration of the whole car. So basically, does the 3" crossflow drone less than a single shot? If it doesnt I'll just get another single shot, theyre cheaper.

Cool

Yes it will drone less and overall be more quiet than a single shot.

Then again any other exhaust system is quieter than those.

All TR exhausts drone 1800-2000 rpms that I have seen.

Crossflow is nice deep mellow tone and yes some drone at 1800-2000.

Muffler out back helps some I believe.

Kenne Bell 2.5" stainless with ultraflows drones a bit more on my other car than the crossflow system.

Just my .02, I'd find someone that has one and take a listen.

I Have the ATR 3" stainless crossflow. It does drone, at the typical rpm's.

I was stopped by the guys in blue; made me quiet it down. I then added a Borla Sportsman's in front of the axle. Way less drone and great to drive on the highway for extended periods. I'm glad I got stopped and had to quiet it down.

I have the ATR crossflow on all three cars one is stock the other two cars are modded. I have no drone or beller. Mine is nice and mellow. You will get a drone on any exhaust if your air fuel ratio is not right, i noticed you can tune out any drone if you lean the car out.
Hope this helps.
