Timing

I have a question on tuning for timing. I'm looking for a list or procedure in steps that you start tuning with.

For example: In my case I run a pt-52 but I know the sweet spot is above 25psi. Before the trans + I could run the race chip, set the boost and dial in the fuel. Now the adjustability for timing is there and I'm lost on where to start.

Depending on everything is good a/f, o2, fp. Do I just say this is the boost I'm going to run and then add fuel and timing according.
Or do you need to decide to run low boost and high timing or vice versa.

Also I was thinking of advancing timing 2 deg. But is it wiser to use the option to only advance 2 deg above 3500? As my stall is 3500. Any opinions on this?

Any help would be appreciated.
thanks
