Scott- You ditched the idea of going with a GM Perf LSx iron block setup? This should be pretty damn wicked espcially with twin 88's. Are they Garret 88's or Precision 88's? T4 or T6? What transmission? Oh yea.... you are a madman! I'm now building a 364ci boost motor for another FD RX-7 I have collecting dust (iron 6.0 block with doweled mains/stock LSx crank, forged rods/thermal coated pistons) with TFS 220cc as cast heads, single GT88 turbo, stock LS6 intake/TB. Debating on a T56 or a powerglide and either 8.8" IRS or 8.8" solid axle. Plans for street/drag and the 1 mile top speed shootout events..... I went 196mph driving my buddy's 440ci LS7 stroker FD RX-7 at the Fall TX Mile event. It makes around 600rwhp n/a. Fastest n/a street car there..... EVER. Imagine what another 400rwhp will do ![]() email me as I'm interested in the following: new(5mi) Aeromotive Pro electric pump is for sale with filters your Chiseled Performance air/water intercooler

Hey Mark! Turbo's are Precision .96 t4's. Trans is a Mike's Vasco PG with the 10 clutch setup. Still running the stock toyota rearend, but currently building a strange 9in 40 spline as a backup. E85 on a 315 drag radial...Any predictions? |

That setup has 7's in it easy....it simply needs more refining if it isn't there yet. There are 522ci Dodge Vipers with 500lbs more, a larger frontal area, and 6 speed manual transmissions in the 7's. Your truck even though not the most aerodynamic is pretty small. It will be one scary ride. I called you BTW. Give me a ring when you get a chance. |
