85 hotair into 84 cutlass

Hi, i'm new to turbo 3.8s. I just bought one with a 2004r tranny. Not sure what car the motor came out of. From reading on this website in the last couple days I'm guessing it's from an 84 or 85. Nonintercooled with SFI. It has all the sensors, computers and wiring. Of course the first goal is to get it into my 84 cutlass and running. Then, I would like to get it into the low 13s. The cutlass had a chevy 350/th350 in it. The only issues I'm foreseeing are motor mounts, fuel delivery, and driveshaft length, possibly crossmember issues. Also, I'm wondering where the casting numbers on the engine are located so I can positively identify it.
Just wanted to hear from someone who may have done it before. I did a little searching but still wanted to ask. Any help is appreciated.

well, thanks. But I'm quite determined to make it work. I like the idea of having power with decent gas mileage. And it's unique. A Cutlass with a chevy 350 is a dime a dozen.

I've been doing alot of reading. Yes, I have all the harnesses. I'll have to buy a GN gas tank and run new lines, along with an electric pump. And from what I've read, it's not hard at all to make the power levels I'm hoping for, even with a hotair. I guess I'm not seeing where it's going to cost so much money. Just time to get everything hooked up right. I guess I'll just have to find out.l
