how about jim Dunns OTHER LC2 powered wagon?? I like that one even better!! Its a mid 90's Olds custom cruiser wagon (the BIG one with the windows in the back roof) and hes wired all the factory gauges(tach full factory gauges) to work too. VERY nice. Its his wifes everyday driver: WAYYY COOL. It runs 12's too

Keith,

welcome. Is this the blue Z that someone in So Fl bought? I think I exchange an email or 2 with you when I was in the process of doing mine.

Paul Newmans sleeper.

I saw this wagon for sale 6 years ago in AZ at dealer. It was on the back of a Volvo magzine. I think it was 12k, but its a stick. Paul in known for his fast Volvos. He also had a 745 is a supercharged 5.0. That one is floating around somewhere. I have never been able to find pictures of this one though. It looks like some one bought it back east...

745 Gn Volvo wagon

Chris- that conversion is sweet with the intercooled setup. What year Volvo looked like that?

80s

84-88 was that body style. I have a 87 and was going to do that to mine. The problem is the rear end would not hold up very well. It would work but no slicks. It also has a lot of junk under the rear. It would not have been fun to put a 9 or 8.8 in. It was better for me to find my 240 and do it. The wagons weigh 3400 # so it would be the same weight as a gn with the motor and trans.

It sure is a nice ride though.

You can add my car to the list. There are pictures of it at this address:

I am just trying to tune it now.

Back in the mid-late 90's there was a Studebacker Hawk w/a LC2. He always took it to St. Ignace.

The guy claimed he was high up in Buick and swiped a leftover GNX engine/trans. The car was pretty trick.
