Wow Mike,
Looks like a nice fit. I'm looking forward to seeing the car back on the road. The 3.08's will do you nicely I am sure.

Very nice mike. That rear almost looks factory, you are quite good at engineering, did you go to school to learn how to do that ?

Ha! I just like buying tools and then having a reason to use them. Thanks for the compliments, I thought it was engineed ok but didn't know I'd get such nice feedback. Now, if only it will work!

Car is done! I think I'll drive it today. Everything fit back in the car perfectly. Here are the axles before I put them in.

Now if you only knew any of those engineer jackasses...

Looks good. I want to hear how it drives!

Drives great! Diff is super quiet! Took her to the gas station for a fill up. Now the cleaning and tuning begins! Can't wait to flat foot it.

Nice job Mike! I can't wait to see what the potential of the T-70 turbo is with the proper gearing on your car.

Rollbar time for sure after you make a clean pass.

Are you going this weekend if it isn't raining?

One thing I noticed right away since changing the gears from 4.10 to 3.08....

I had the boost set to a safe 18-20psi before. I stabbed it tonight expecting to hear axles flying in all directions and 30psi boost gauge instantly pegged with a nice lean POP!

Definitely loads the motor up differently! Time to tune all over again!

Where have I heard that before?

Anybody that thinks a 4.1 is gonna pop at the first accidental overboost hasn't met your motors.

Are you running 3 1/2 exaust on your car?
I saw your cut out on there and was just wondering how you like it. Noticed also that you put it farther back than just off the dp. I am going to redo mine and if could give any imputs on the what brand of cut out and have you had any leaking problems at all.
Thanks
Chris

Nice job Mike

Unrelated but kinda related question.
I know you got your TTA style exhaust elbow from FT a long time ago, and now they dont sell them anymore. Have you ever come across another source for them?
