Starting on new Hybrid, it never stops!

1993 RX-7. Slight engine fire. Excellent candidate for a de-soul. This body style has caught my eye since day one and I never thought I would own one, let alone rip the motor out of it. I can't wait!

nice job Mike- Montego blue is a cool color. Interior and paint look good. Any damage to the paint on the hood?

The FD has some sweet lines. I picked up a '93 FD myself with blown motor and trashed interior for an LS1 conversion. First time washing it the lines on the hood and roof just seemed perfect.

Congrats again,

-Mark

I knew something was up between you two and the FD. Who can deny that is one nice looking car. Now mind you, it's not in the Geo's league but, it'll do.

That is really nice. Good luck and congrats - to both of you.

What does that thing weigh?

Looks good! How'd the neighbors like the car hauler?!

Tell the guy with the other RX-7 I offer tree-fiddy for the whole mess.

They did come in black..... but the picture that shows the rear in the sunlight looks dark green/blue.... meaning it is Montego Blue.

Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me.

I washed the car and it is blue! It was so dirty it looked black! A vacuum and washing really has me fired up to start on this car! It's gonna be balls out when I get back from BG!

Haha, you didn't even know what color it was Scottie told me about your new Hybrid project. It's a sweet looking car, I love the lines of that RX-7. Good luck on the swap!

that was kind of funny not knowing the color. Black is 100% better than Montego blue.

Maybe not in the FL heat though !

Keep us updated with pics.
