David is that a 70mm throttle body? if so change the screws in the plate or the will break off . Change them with alen key ones.

TB is a stocker bored to 62mm & yes it has the big puck on it. Took quite a bit to open the hole on turbo but it should be pretty close. I stayed on the cautious side when opening it so should have almost 1/4" overlay. I'll check it after I put some miles on it.

Thanks guys! Lets see how fast I blow it up this year?
NOT!!!!! Gonna take the slow & easy route without Major Boost Spike like last year. Plus I added the RJC Gaskets so the heads should stay on a bit better when I Do Screw Up!!

Question?? The puck flange I am pointing to in last pic has 30 thous side to side play. Its not a lot & I assume that its needed for when things get hot & start expanding. My G-Body had much more than 30. Actually had to weld that one in position as there was a lot of slop. This pipe is a real nice peice & worth the extra few $$$ from what I can tell so far.
