Instead of telling everyone individually I may as well post this here:

1) You should ALWAYS use plastic spoons/forks for the peppersauce. Metal will spoil it. If you only use plastic you don't even have to refrigerate it.
2) It was just made Christmas Eve so it still needs to blend/settle and age abit. You can use it now no problem, but shake often or you will taste salt etc.
3) KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
