Now, if the 'Bum had raced during daylight/when the lights worked/when the PA operated/?? we could have got some dwarf_on_a_bike shots.

I just got off the phone with Fred . not sure of the exact 1/8 mile times . He told me the #'s but I already forgot . But it worked out to something like the 12's in the 1/4 for both cars . maybe Fred or Dan will post the exact 1/8 mile times and MPH for each car . to say the least it was a good entertaining night out . He was busy autographing pictures , women's bare breasts and mens bottoms in the stands . But... it was well worth the .0005 second wait in line to get my picture taken with the famous Shannoville racer/tuner "Beachbum" . Getting my picture taken with him was the highlight of the night for me and well worth the the cost of the $5 admission alone . I'm hoping he sends me a autographed copy so I can get it nicely framed and hang it over my fireplace mantel in the living room right next to the framed autographed pictures I have of Chuck Yeager , John Force and Evil Knievel .

You wouldn't have seen much. I was either spinning the rear tire 1st through 3rd...or stalling at the line on the 2nd run. First time out on a cold track...and I can honestly say it was scary. Thought I had it figured out after the 2nd run. Set the shift light for 10,000 RPM's figuring there was no way of breaking the rear tire loose...yeah okay. Snapped it loose in 1st, 2nd and the 3-4 shift at the 1/8th mile mark...and I just about crapped my pants. Kept it pegged and it straightened out...but what a scary ride. There were 3-4 guys left on bikes around 9:30 pm...so I asked them if they were having traction problems...and they were. That was enough for me. Thanks to everyone for coming out.
