Looking for downpipe flange for a 3bolt turbo

I am looking for the flange that RJC sells for stock style turbo's (3 bolt) so I can make my own 3" downpipe from it.
DP and Exh parts

Where did that guy with the ""power plates"" go, These are things he could be whipping up on his CNC, and copper gaskets and exhaust flanges and...
