| D5 torque converter When it rains it pours... Now I think my torque converter is beginning to go south ~!@# Started making rattling sounds. Anybody have a stock D5 lockup laying around I can borrow/ buy for cheap till I can get mine fixed or replaced? Thanks Paul

| Paul, I sold a used gn tranny to Mike at transware, I'm sure he would let you use the converter for a spell.... ![]()

| D5 Paul I have a good D5 that I removed from you Grand National when I put my 3600 stall in you can use it if you want, also I brought the part that you wanted to Shannonville race track today in the chance that you would show up. | Thanks guys! I am overwelmed by the generosity of this community. You guys really represent " Going fast with class" I took Ravi up on his offer, and really appreciate all the others. ![]() Hoping I can return the favour's in kind. Ted, thanks as well I'm sorry I missed the track day But because I couldn't get above 20psi of boost, I thought it wouldn't be much fun at the track. Then the rattling noise got worse, and I didn't want risk driving the car, or worse yet race it. I'm still interested. I'll PM you. Paul
