| fastbuick Don't let these guys get under your skin. They are all a bunch of great guys who will bend over backwards to help you out, except for Tim "Mr Anal" Engine builder who just want to bend you over eek! Beware of him when buying parts, he will try to sell you mint condition stuff for cheap wink I understand what "the guys" are trying to do when keeping certain info out of the public eye, so when I want specific info, I talk to them privately. | lol .yeah , it seems I just buy stuff and get the stuff shipped over , then turn around and sell it at a loss .gee, I better stay away from the stock market lol .I found blowing up a engine a month actually pretty funny . I now have velcro engine mounts because of it . It's all part of "the game". I've owned MANY performance cars from A to Z . and have not ever had a problem like I've had with this Buick . Hopefully my luck will change . ![]() [ March 16, 2003, 02:59 PM: Message edited by: KWIKR 1 ]

fastbuick, I have no clue who you are... or if you are even in the GTA (or surrounding areas). What you need to realize is that we are kinda like a family... and anything that happens superficially in black and white on this board, it, is usually taken as a joke. You'd need to hang out with these jokers more often to get it. We have a sucessful Stage II engine builder here in Brampton... who will bet getting my rotating assembly when push comes to rod. wink

| Hey Mike (1 Rare T), The guy that did the engine in your car seems like he did a pretty good job when he built it for Steve.

| fastbuick, It all boils down to who you feel most comfortable with and they MUST understand these are not small block chevies with loose clearances. As long as the machine shop knows that it is a Buick V6 engine and knows the little qwirks with rebuilding them then you should be fine.
