I really don`t mind the dates. I am doing for you guys who will be able to attend all at one time. I spoke with Stephane Jacques last night and he will be at Sanair on the 16th of this Month.
Let`s just see what happens when you guys come back from NJ and are NOT broken.
We can make it for a later date...

I agree with Claude here, I plan to go North this summer to work with some customers and would love to bring my car. But as Claude said, I enjoyed Napierville, but will not race there again unless I know the track would be prepped properly. Sanair sounds like the ticket to punch. As for the dates, I can't make it the 16th, Labor Day weekend is a definite for me at Englishtown, as it is one of the best Buick events in the Northeast still... splitting up the Buicks in the northeast by having 2 events on the same date just doesn't make a lot of sense. We should be promoting Etown and pick a date that is open for a Canadian event.. That way maybe you could get even more cars from the states up there. I would be willing to put up a little American money for a race class.... The Etown event has quite a purse they disperse to the racers, I would think that in itself should be a good reason to attend. The event may be weaker than in past years, but we still draw a good crowd. Whatever date you pick, I suggest checking the race calendar and try not to be on the same weekend of any major events..

Not sure why you would say this, but then since I saw you run at Napierville last year... I guess it makes sense...

You know Jack that we push these cars way past their capablilites. I would wish that these cars would NEVER break. Anytime in September is good.
Just plug in a date, and I will try to get as much people to attend.

You're correct Joe. These engines were never designed for the horsepower we're pushing out of them. Sure is fun when the track announcer says "We've got Brad Scott out of Cobourg Ontario with his 231 cubic inch 1987 GN against Joe Schmoe with his 502 powered blah blah blah." The look on the guys face when I lay the smack down on him and turn the win light on is all worth it.

Sanair is not a NHRA Track, so they will bend on the rules. But I guess to an extent. Running 9`s with No Cage is like having a Gun at your head...

Jack
I had redo another Block. Could not beleive the amount of problems I had and still ran 10.80`s @ 132.
I am very curious what she will do this year.

Just an idea what I found...
Cracked Headers. Craked Intake. Bent Rod. Fried Tranny..
