79 front end parts interchange

I need some front end parts for my 79 regal (bumper, front facia, headlight surround, hood, ect) . Will parts from other years work on my 79?

You're stuck with just the years 1978 and 1979. You can use the 1980 coupe or the 78-84 sedan and wagon parts if you replace the entire front clip. Everything from the doors foward in other words.

if you can't find a header panel...

Let me know. I remember seeing one at a boneyard here in sioux city, ia last summer in real nice shape, even had a grille in it. I stashed it in a van way back in the corner, just in case.

you can use a hood off of an 80 as well, but the fiberglass header panel like turbo fish stated is only 78-9, front bumpers interchange, but the 80's have the turn signals in them like the 81-87. I just pulled off a 78 header panel off complete with headlight buckets, turn signal lenses, grille, and also have a turbo hood. Where are you located?

any parts in central Texas

I'm located just outside of Austin Texas. I tried the biggest yard around here (Briggs) but they didn't have what I need. If anyone knows of parts in this area let me know. Thanks. I'm still waiting on the insurance settlement from the drunk who hit my car. She's not talking because she was charged with DWI. So, the insurance company won't settle until they get the police report.
