| Chip for a 1979 regal turbo Hello out there in turbobuick world, is therea chip for a 1979 buick regal turbo 3.8l v6? I was talking to someone and they told me that they can have a ECU chip thats give it about 50 more hp. please inform me. ![]() |

| Resident Slut | 79 doesn't have a ECM, it has a separate timing box that pulls timing due to knock. No ECM= no chip

| Yep, you need to tweek timing and fueling the old fashioned way. Distributor timing advance and carb rods.
