| I e-mailed him and told him: 1). thats not the only 83 t-type with that color combo. (I sent the link for Rich's car.) 2). There was 3732 made, not 2900. I think I came acrossed as an azzhole though cause this is the message I got back. First of all , You don't have to be an ahole about it !!! Second of all , This is a friends car and this is what i have been told . I will look at your link and also if you are so sure about the amount made . I thank you for all the info . Just doing a friend a favor . By the way are you interested in the car or just have alot of time on your hands . Maybe you need to go out and get a job  Hmmmm..... guess I should be more persuasive next time.

| I could e-mail the guy with the Riv and be a bigger ahole than all of you guys put together.I think they made 1200 or so Riv T-Types in 82. I also parted an 83 with that color combo only it had a butt cookie brown split bench/column shift. At the same time I parted out my 83 4.1 car with the same color combination and it was a bucket seat/floor shift car with the same BCB interior. Sometimes I think half of the 83's made were the briar brown color. That gauge cluster is hard to find. I dont know which one is rarer. A fuel gauge with the OD shift pattern or one without any shift pattern. 83 was the only year for either. If you had a floor shifted 82 and older Regal you got two shift indicators. One on the fuel gauge and one on the shifter.

I had a Riv T-Type that the mice made a few nests under the hood insulator. Every time I popped the hood to steal a part I had to deal with turds all over the top of the motor. Just before I sent it to the scrapper I noticed the mice were gone for good. I found a molted snakes skin hiding on top of the motor. What was spooky is that it was from a rattlesnake. And this was in FL. Now I have to watch my a$$ whenever I work on the other cars that have been sitting.
